We’ve been looking for you.
We are seeking a front-line technical support agent to promptly answer emails and tweets about our entire product line.
Ideally, you've got:
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to “read between the lines” of customer emails
- Substantial familiarity with OS X and iOS
- General understanding of the workflows that drive Panic products: web development, file transfer, command-line administration, etc.
- A professional, courteous, and personable front-facing disposition
- A pleasant personality, and lots of patience
- Interest in different avenues of customer support: email, Twitter, chat, etc.
