As we answer tech support certain, shall we say, "themes" seem to pop up often. We'll
address the most frequently asked questions about Audion 3 right here, and update it as
often as necessary.

The easiest way to play CDs with Audion 3.0 is:
- Insert a CD into your Macintosh
- Launch Audion
- Click the "Mode" button and choose "CD Mode"
- Click "Play"

The position slider, once seen in the Info Window, can be accessed by clicking the time digits on a face.

No. Choose "Hide" from the "File" menu, or press Command-Shift-W, to hide a playlist window.
Audion will continue to play from a window when hidden. It can be re-opened by choosing it from the Window menu. (Hidden playlists
have a diamond character next to them in the Window menu.)

Make sure you aren't playing the CD while trying to encode from it.
Try using the Fraunhofer encoder engine, at the "Normal Quality" preset, for some good speeds.
The Fraunhofer codec is notoriously slow at high bitrates, in order to encode the best possible files. If you're using high bitrates,
try using the LAME encoder if you're concerned about speed.
